How big is your team?
We currently have a team of 12. This is made up of 3 Account Managers, 3 Designers, 5 Developers and Naail.
Do you outsource your work to India?
NO! Our core team is based in the UK with the exception of one Account Manager who recently moved to Spain. We do have some design / development staff in Europe and the USA as well.
Are you a Shopify Partner?
Yes, we've held our Shopify Partner status for 5 years now.
Have you worked with Shopify Plus brands?
Yes, we've worked with around two dozen Shopify Plus brands in the past and we're well versed in Plus features and customisations.
What services do you offer?
Whilst we specialise in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), we are essentially a web development agency in the Shopify niche. Because of this we can assist with any and all design / development related projects or tasks.
Do you work with brands outside the UK?
Yes! We work with brands globally, and have a client list containing brands from the USA, Australia, Canada, Netherlands, Switzerland and China.
How much do you charge?
This depends entirely on the scope of work, however we usually do not take on projects valued at less than £3k Excl. VAT
